Scottish Biological MS Discussion Group (ScotSIG)

14th Apr 2024

The ‘ScotSIG' holds an annual meeting which is hosted in different venues throughout the nation of Scotland to ensure maximum participation. Typically we have a programme of talks and a poster session followed by a networking event in the evening.

Scotland has many centres of excellence and significant expertise in biomolecular mass spectrometry, and the SBMSDG (or 'ScotSIG' as it colloquially known) facilities cross pollination of ideas across the country. A primary aim of the ScotSIG is to ensure that researchers in Scotland are made aware of the latest advances in science & instrumentation, and that there are routes for students and early career researchers/early career scientists to participate and gain training locally on specialist instrumentation.

We warmly invite all interested colleagues to engage with ScotSIG:
