ScotSIG 2024 Exhibitor Booking
The BMSS ScotSIG cannot function without the very generous support of our exhibitors and sponsors.
You can register to exhibit by completing the online form below.
Each exhibition plot includes:
- Plot: Single standard ‘bare’ plot: 3 x 2 m (6 sqm)
- Furniture: 1 x table, 2 x chairs included per plot
- One full registration badge included per plot. This badge will be issued in your company’s name, therefore it can be transferred as long as a maximum of one colleague is on-site at any one time.
Note: Additional personnel attending the in-person meeting will need to Register Here as a delegate before the 25th of October 2024 registration deadline.

- Exhibition space for the Single Cell Mass Spectrometry Meeting: £600

Code of Conduct for BMSS Events
The primary contact making the booking shall agree to ensure that the Exhibitor’s employees and the Exhibitor’s agents attending this event are made aware of their requirement to comply with the BMSS CODE OF CONDUCT for BMSS and BMSS RELATED EVENTS.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking to exhibit at this meeting, please email the BMSS Administrator at admin@bmss.org.uk. Refunds will not be made unless we are able to resell your exhibition space to another vendor, in which case you will receive the value of the resale minus a £50 administration fee.
