Pre-event deliveries:

Advance shipment must be made by prior arrangement (with the meeting organiser).

Off-Loading on the day:

The behind the ARC may be used for unloading and loading purposes only:

Parking:

There is no parking at the ARC or at the University of Glasgow. The nearest parking is at Ashton Lane and Kelvin Hall:

Exhibition Timings:

Registration is from 9am, Breaks are at 11am and 2:45pm. Lunch is at 12:20pm.

Each exhibition plot includes:

• Plot: Single standard ‘bare’ plot: 3 x 2 m (6 sqm)
• Furniture: 1 x table,  2 x chairs included per plot
• One full registration badge included per plot. This badge will be issued in your company’s name, therefore it can be transferred as long as a maximum of one colleague is on-site at any one time.
