Exhibition Information

Pre-event deliveries:

Advance shipment must be made by prior arrangement (with the meeting organisers).

Please contact the meeting organiser and Single Cell SIG Co-Leader, Melanie Bailey: m.bailey@surrey.ac.uk should you wish to ship any items to the University of Surrey ahead of the meeting.

Off-Loading on the day:

If heavier items need to be dropped closer to Lecture Theatre L, Stag Hill Campus, University of Surrey, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7XH, you can download the campus map here: www.surrey.ac.uk/sites/default/files/2024-03/campus-map.pdf Note that vehicles can only be left in the designated parking at the pay & display car park.

Parking:

As above there is limited parking available on site in the pay and display car park. This uses the RingGo App, Google/Apple Pay, or payment with card at the pay station.

The current parking charge is £7.20 for more than 4 hours.

Exhibition Timings:

Exhibition set up is from 08:30 on the 10^th of July 2024, with teardown from 16:30.

Each exhibition plot includes:

• Plot: Single standard ‘bare’ plot: 3 x 2 m (6 sqm)
• Furniture: 1 x table, 1 x tablecloth and 2 x chairs included per plot
• One full registration badge included per plot. This badge will be issued in your company’s name, therefore it can be transferred as long as a maximum of one colleague is on-site at any one time.
• Additional personnel attending the in-person meeting will need to register here as a delegate before the 26th of June 2024 registration deadline.
