Sponsorship

The Cultivating Inclusivity & Building a Positive Culture within Mass Spectrometry event relies on the generous support of our sponsors. You can register to sponsor on the Sponsorship page, and we warmly invite you to contact the organisers if you would like to discuss sponsoring the event.

Sponsorship options include:

• £350 sponsorship: Your company/organisation logo will be displayed throughout the event and featured in all event advertising until registration closes. This is also the option to have a banner/roll stand that can be displayed in the atrium of the venue.
   
• £500 sponsorship: In addition to logo visibility throughout the event and advertising, this option includes a 5-10 minute speaking slot during the Industry/University I&D Discussions session, providing an opportunity to showcase how your organisation implements and enhances I&D policies. A badge will be issued in your company/organisation’s name, therefore it can be transferred as long as a maximum of one colleague is on-site at any one time. Note: Additional personnel attending the in-person meeting will need to Register as a delegate before the registration deadline.
   
• Alternative amounts: Tailored sponsorships are available for specific aspects of the event, such as name badges, a Professional Certified Coach, lunch, venue, or networking drinks. Sponsors at these levels will also have their logo displayed throughout the event. To explore these options, please reach out to the organisers.
