Travel & Accommodation
This year's meeting is taking place in the Warwick Arts Centre Building, University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7AL. The University of Warwick is conveniently located in the heart of England, 4 miles from the centre of Coventry, and is well connected by the motorway network and public transport.
Accommodation Booking
The deadline (16th of August 2024) for booking via the University of Warwick's dedicated conference accommodation booking site for this event has now passed.
A number of University of Warwick campus-based bedrooms have been reserved for the Super Meeting. This onsite accommodation is anticipated to be in demand and so early booking is strongly advised.
Note: The accommodation is split into hotel-style rooms (training centre rooms) and more cost-effective central campus student-style rooms.

Delegates who have booked a hotel-style training centre room will be staying in Scarman. Delegates who have booked a central campus student-style room will be staying in Arthur Vick. A set of instructions for both styles of rooms is appended to the Resources Section at the foot of this page.
Breakfast Arrangements
For delegates booked into the Scarman Training Centre hotel rooms, breakfast will be served between 07:00-09:30 in the Lakeside Restaurant (Scaman Building).
For delegates booked into the Campus student-style rooms, breakfast will be served between 07:00-09:30 in the Rootes Restaurant, located on the first floor of the Rootes Building.

Car parking
Complimentary car parking is available for delegates. This can be pre-booked through Apcoa using the discount code NIFIF. Alternatively, if you do not register in advance of arrival you will need to use the pay-by-phone system.
A map of campus car parks can be found in the Resources Section at the foot of this page. Delegates who have booked a Training Centre room will be staying in Scarman and can use the Scarman car park. Delegates who have booked a central campus room will be staying in Arthur Vick and are advised to park in either car park 8, car park 6, or the coach park.

Public Transport
Coventry railway station is the nearest main railway station to the venue. The station is approximately 4 miles (10-minute taxi ride) from campus. Taxis are available from outside the station.
There are regular bus services to the University Campus from the railway station, with the journey taking approximately 30 minutes. The nearest bus stop to Central Campus is the University of Warwick Bus Interchange. Further bus information is available on the National Express website.
Birmingham International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from Campus by car. There is a taxi rank at the airport and there is also a train service which departs from Birmingham International Station and takes approximately 15 minutes.
