The BMSS and BSPR invite you to participate in the Super Meeting 2024 Social Programme.

4^th September 2024: Dai Games Symposium & Social Evening Supper (included in meeting registration):

The Society warmly welcomes all registered Super Meeting delegates and exhibitors to our hot Mexian buffet supper & social event at 1930 BST on the evening of Wednesday 4^th September. Catering will be located across both of the two exhibition and poster halls (Mead Gallery and Butterworth Hall) at the Warwick Arts Centre . Pre-ordered specific dietary meals can be collected from the Dietary Table in the Butterworth Hall.

5^th September 2024: LGBTQ+ & Friends ‘Get-Together (ad hoc/pay as you go):

The BMSS LGBTQ+ Group welcomes colleagues and friends to join us for an informal get-together (no pre-booking required) at 1800 BST, just prior to the Conference Dinner, in the Panorama Bar, Rootes Building, University of Warwick.

Please note that attendance at the Conference Dinner itself is via a pre-booked ticket.

5^th September 2024: Conference Dinner (entry by pre-booked ticket at an additional charge):

The dinner will be held at 2000 BST on the evening of Thursday 5^th of September in the Panorama Suite of the Rootes Building, University of Warwick, with a Pre-Dinner drinks reception, held in the Chancellor's Suite (also in the Rootes Building), from 1900 BST. Attendance at the Conference Dinner was an optional extra offered at the registration stage (i.e. involving an incremental pre-paid ticket charge of £55). 

Note: A 'green star' on the delegate badge denotes a conference dinner booking. Your delegate badge will also act as your conference dinner ticket and so please remember to bring your badge with you to the dinner!
