Conference Dinner 2024 Booking
The deadline for booking conference dinner tickets has now passed.
The conference dinner is being held on the evening of Thursday 5th of September. The dinner will be immediately preceded by a Pre-Dinner drinks reception, at 1900 BST in the Chancellor's Suite of the Rootes Building, University of Warwick. Dinner is being held in the Panorama Suite (also in the Rootes Building).
Delegates who did not opt to book a conference dinner ticket on registration but who now wish to attend the dinner may purchase a ticket separately online (£55/person).
Colleagues requiring more specific dietary options (including vegetarian) or with accessibility requirements should indicate their preference on the conference dinner online purchase form.
Note: Formal Conference Dinner booking closes at midnight on the 18th of AUGUST 2024.
