Accommodation:
Accommodation in the city is anticipated to be in demand and delegates are strongly advised to book early.
BMSS, through its accommodation partner HelmsBriscoe (the largest booker of Hotel accommodation worldwide), have linked into HOTELMAP, an online platform which provides all accommodation options available within a specified radius of the EICC.
The platform offers the best available rates at the time of booking (real-time) for the following accommodation types: apartments and 2, 3, 4, and 5-star hotels. Delegates have full autonomy to book directly with the hotel/venue of their choice and manage their own booking through to payment. Many of the available rooms can be configured for single, double or twin occupancy. Sharing a twin room with a colleague may provide the most economical option for those on a tight travel budget.
HelmsBrisoce are on hand to help with any accommodation booking enquires. For parties of 9+ rooms, or if you're having difficulty finding accommodation, please contact Lorna Macleod: lmacleod@helmsbriscoe.com.
