Abstract Submission 2025
Welcome to the BMSS2025 Abstract Submission Page.
There are two abstract submission silos at this year's BMSS Annual Meeting:
- Main Sessions (Orals, Flash Presentations, In-Person Posters, and Digital-only Posters)
- Partner Presentations
Please click the links on the left of this webpage for a more detailed explanation of each abstract silo type and to submit an abstract to the relevant silo.
Criteria for abstract acceptance: The BMSS kindly reminds submitting authors that there is a limit of ONE abstract per PRESENTER. This means you cannot be designated as a presenting author on more than one abstract submission. Each attendee can be the presenting author on only one abstract (although an individual may be listed as a co-author on multiple abstracts). Presenters must also register for the meeting before the registration deadline (17th of August 2025).
Abstract deadline: 2nd of June 2025.
Early Career Scientists submitting abstracts to the following Main Sessions are eligible for consideration for the corresponding prize and should indicate this when submitting their abstract.
- BMSS Oral Prize (Barber Prize)
- BMSS Flash Presenter Prize (B.N Green Prize)
- BMSS In-Person Poster Prize (Bordoli Prize)
