Exhibitors Information
Each exhibition plot includes:
- Single standard ‘bare’ plot: 3 x 2 m (6 sqm)
- 2 x 13 Amp power sockets included
- 1 x table, 1 x tablecloth and 2 x chairs included per plot
- 1 x full registration badge included per plot
Note 1: On-site registration for additional personnel will not be available.
Note 2: Additional personnel attending the meeting will need to register here as a delegate by the 18th of January 2025.

Deliveries
If you wish to send something in advance please no earlier than 10 days as the venue does not have storage, please contact the venue regarding any deliveries so they know what to expect.
The venue can allocate 10 parking spaces by the Belgrave lift so they can unload, this leads to the Belgrave Entrance. If their vehicle is over 7ft they will need to come to the exit barrier on Goldsmith Street and let someone know at reception to raise the barrier. The entrance barrier is on Chaucer Street and has an intercom to reception. The entrance height is a maximum 7ft. See Pictures under the Resources section.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your registration for this meeting, please email the BMSS Administrator at admin@bmss.org.uk. Refunds will not be made unless we are able to resell your exhibition space to another vendor, in which case you will receive the value of the resale minus a £50 administration fee.
