Exhibition Attendance
If not already supplied, please contact the meeting organiser: Andy Ray (Ambient Ionisation SIG Leader, and BMSS Vice Chair): vicechair@bmss.org.uk with the name of the colleague attending the meeting to manage the exhibition and taking up the x1 complimentary delegate pass which comes as part of the exhibition booking.
Pre-event deliveries
- Material for the meeting may be sent in advance of the meeting by prior arrangement.
- Please note that goods are stored at the company's own risk.

Off-Loading on the day
- Exhibitors may briefly park up in front of the Reception area to unload.
Exhibition Space
- The Balcony will be available by prior arrangement for the purposes of set up on the afternoon of Tuesday 31st January up to 16:45hrs.
- Each Exhibitor will be allocated a table and x1 chair.
- Please inform the meeting organiser in advance of the meeting should an electricity point be required.
Collections
- Please let the venue know on departure if you plan to leave any equipment to be collected later that day or the next day and you will be instructed where to leave the items.
- Please clearly label any items to be collected with the delivery address and name of the company picking up the item and inform the venue when they are to be collected.
- A storage charge will apply for items not collected on time.
- The venue cannot accept any responsibility for materials left on the premises.
