Location:
The meeting is being held in Lecture Theatre Block (No. 17 on the Campus Map below), University of Surrey, Stag Hill, Guildford, GU2 7XH. The exhibition and posters will be on the ground floor concourse there. Please click here for further details regarding directions.
The networking event after the meeting will be held in Wates House (No. 7 of the Cafes/restaurants on the Campus map)
Exhibitor Access:
Access for exhibitors to set up on the day is from 08:30hrs.
Parking:
Parking will be in the main university carpark (permit holders section) at the bottom of the map. You need to register on https://permitmanagement.co.uk/uosvisitorparking and then apply for the permit with the name of the event (BMSS).
