BMSS-BSPR Super Meeting 2024
The BMSS and the British Society for Proteome Research (BSPR) are delighted to announce that in 2024 they will join forces to host a combined Super Meeting, which will be held at the Warwick Arts Centre, University of Warwick, UK, from the 4th - 6th September 2024.
The conference will include a 3-day scientific programme and vendor exhibition, together with a full schedule of social events.
We look forward to working with our colleagues at Warwick to offer delegates, sponsors and exhibitors an excellent experience at the Super Meeting.
The Scientific Programme:
The Societies are compiling an extensive and stimulating Scientific Programme for 2024, with content to engage delegates from all application areas. The latest version of the developing Scientific Programme may be viewed by clicking the link situated on the left of this webpage.

Educational Workshops:
A series of educational workshops are being held at the Super Meeting venue on the morning of Tuesday the 4th of September. These workshops are open, via separate registration, to those attending and those not attending the Super Meeting.
The educational workshops include:
- Stable Isotope Mass Spectrometry in Health and Disease: Applications, Methodologies and Analyses
- Lipidomics: Understanding Fats and Their Biological Implications in Disease
- Skyline Software for Proteomics and Small Molecule Analysis

The Plenary Speakers:
The Super Meeting programme will feature two Plenary Speakers. Confirmed Plenary Speakers are as follows:
Prof Bernhard Küster, Technical University of Munich
Prof Corinne Spickett, Aston University
The Conference Venue:
The University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7AL, is conveniently located in the heart of England, 3 miles from the centre of Coventry, and is well connected by public transport.
The Arts Centre provides excellent accommodation to host the scientific programme, poster sessions and vendor exhibition in one convenient location.
The Conference Dinner:
A formal conference dinner will be held on the evening of Thursday 5th September in the Panorama Suite of the Rootes Building, University of Warwick.

BMSS Grants:
Qualifying BMSS members are eligible to apply for the society’s various BMSS grants for assistance with meeting participation.
BSPR Bursaries:
Qualifying BSPR members may apply for one of the BSPR bursaries and fellowships available for conference travel.
