Training Day Overview:
This meeting is the third in a series of training days aimed at clinical
laboratory scientists, and organised by the BMSS Clinical & Forensic
Special Interest Group (SIG). The 2018 meeting will focus on Mass Spectrometry in the Clinical Laboratory.
This 1-Day meeting we will start with a morning of short presentations to initiate delegates in the theory of mass spectrometry. This will cover how to select the best conditions and what practical approaches to consider in method development and validation. Trouble shooting will also be covered. The afternoon sessions will provide additional theory and feature real world case studies of assay development in the clinical laboratory.
Training Materials Registered delegates will be able to download the training course slides from the BMSS website (as a password protected pdf file).
